Alex was nothing short of professional and honest, I really appreciated his time and the way he communicated the details and timing. No surprises and the doors all look great, especially our front door that totally transforms our entry way, back door and balcony door.

I recently had a brick to brick install of all the windows on my house.
Did a lot of research , not just the companies but learning about windows and contacted 5 companies. Wont get into all the details but I had negative experiences with the other four.
Alex and New Look was great to work with. He knows windows and makes suggestions for the best application. After we had verbally agreed to a deal he came to my house to sign the contract, I requested the addition of some trim{ Backbend }that might be needed on two of my windows. In the end it wasnt needed ...the casing they supply is thick enough...but he put it in the contract no additional charge...
He is just easy to work with
The installers were great as well. You could tell they took the time to do the job right.. used quality insulation foam and caulkings in the install.

We just had the windows installed on Friday and we love them, even though it has only been a day with them. The installer's were nice and professional with all that they did and it didn't take that long to install all the windows.

Alex S., the manager, came twice to our house and showed us the various options available. He was very prompt in replying to any questions we had over email. The 3-man crew did an excellent job in installing 5 windows. They knew what they were doing. They cleaned up everything afterwards, and even swept our driveway of any debris.

After meeting several installation companies, I chose New Look Windows and Doors for the 2-story bay window installation because Alex was responsive, friendly and their price was competitive. I only talked to installers who do Vinyl Pro windows.

Installation was performed as scheduled. Oleg and team worked non-stop from arrival and cleaned up thoroughly after. They were polite and professional. Oleg also helped clean up the higher-level glass, showed us how to operate the windows and told us to let it dry in 2 days. Hopefully there would no issues going forward but in the event there is I feel like I can rely on their service. I am very happy with their service and would strongly recommend.

Everything was easy. From getting a quote to scheduling the installation and actual installation. Alex was easy to get a hold of and very responsive.
