New Look Windows & Doors

I needed 3 Windows to be replaced and after doing some search around the market, I decided to give New Look Windows & Doors a chance to provide me with an estimate.

Alex was quick to respond over the phone and was able to schedule a visit fairly quickly and came in to provide a free estimate of the 3 windows. Absolutely helpful in explaining what was to be done with the new windows and how much the cost was going to be including the window sill coverings.

After confirming to Alex, we settled on a future for the windows to be installed. The window sizes were then captured by one of his team members to order the windows. He worked with me on the date and times, and scheduled the window installation to be completed on a prospective date. As the date came closer, Alex confirmed the date time with me.
On the day of the installation one of his installers, a very nice gentleman (Roman) showed up at the door and laid the carpets down, and began working on the windows. As he worked, he did not mind answering a few questions I had. As a homeowner this was very important to me as this explained things I did not know. The work of replacement took around 3 hours. Top notch service and follow through. This is the second time i am using them. Alex came and provided a quote, he was not the highest and not the lowest but I decided to go with New Look Windows because of the customer service, Alex provided the quote for 16 windows and a patio door and took his time to explain everything to me. I had many questions and Alex would always answer immediately.

We needed our front and back door replaced and contacted New Look for the service. Eddy was very prompt in replying and setting up a meeting with us. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable in determining which doors would be best in each place. The crew showed up promptly, and did a great job to complete both doors in a few hours, cleaned up majority of the work site (just a few dusty areas to sweep after). We are thrilled with the look and seal of the doors so far...they are so much more solid than our previous ones. Already had many neighbors comment on how lovely the door looks! Sincere thanks to Eddy and the crew for doing a very good job for us.

Alex was nothing short of professional and honest, I really appreciated his time and the way he communicated the details and timing. No surprises and the doors all look great, especially our front door that totally transforms our entry way, back door and balcony door.

I recently had a brick to brick install of all the windows on my house.
Did a lot of research , not just the companies but learning about windows and contacted 5 companies. Wont get into all the details but I had negative experiences with the other four.
Alex and New Look was great to work with. He knows windows and makes suggestions for the best application. After we had verbally agreed to a deal he came to my house to sign the contract, I requested the addition of some trim{ Backbend }that might be needed on two of my windows. In the end it wasnt needed ...the casing they supply is thick enough...but he put it in the contract no additional charge...
He is just easy to work with
The installers were great as well. You could tell they took the time to do the job right.. used quality insulation foam and caulkings in the install.
Can not say enough good things about New Look Windows...Great Job
