We had a new side door installed at our home by New Look Windows and Doors and the entire process from initial consultation to installation was exceptional. Alex, the sales manager, offered us an on site assessment quickly, provided a detailed written quote and responded to all follow up emails promptly. He was extremely professional, helpful and patient, taking the time to explain options in detail and answer all of our questions until we were ready to proceed and was never pushy. Alex, the installer, was incredibly friendly, funny and kind, even offering to help us fix a lock and handle on a separate door. He did an impeccable job installing the frame and door and left the site in pristine condition, cleaning everything up and removing all old materials. The new door looks amazing and feels so much more secure than the one it replaced. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the quality and workmanship. I would absolutely recommend New look Windows and Doors to anyone and would definitely use them again. Thank you so much to both Alexes for such a positive experience!

We had a fantastic experience working with New Look Windows & Doors. I found them on Homestars and Eddy came a quoted the project. He had excellent suggestions and ideas. We were able to install opening windows in our very old bay window (1914) and for the first time we have a cross breeze in our living room! We love our new bright red door and all the safety suggestions we were able to incorporate. Installation was fast and easy. Highly recommend New Look Windows & Doors!

The team did a great job. The quality of the product is good and the installation was quick.

The team placed mats down in all traffic areas and removed all debris.

Only improvement would be if they also vacuumed the areas under the windows.

Eddy was fair with his price and the windows were made and installed in under a month from the day he gave me the quote. The installers did a great job minimizing the damages to my existing window jams and the exterior flashing looks great. They didnt do the best job cleaning inside the house, but they did put runners down so the mess was minimal.
