We hired Yuri to renovate our 1940s bathroom. His quote was reasonable and he stayed on budget and schedule.
His workmanship was very professional and we love our new bathroom. Due to the small footprint of the bathroom, Yuri made some recommendations that really improved the space beyond our expectations (e.g. tiling all the walls; using chrome edging instead of wood trim around window and door; using a glass accent tile to break up the white subway tile pattern; and installing two pot lights perfectly positioned above the tub). He ensured that some minor wall damages in an adjacent room that were caused during the demolition were promptly fixed at no additional cost.
His suggestions did not adversely affect our original budget. He really understood our aesthetic and worked to see our vision come to life. Every evening he cleaned up before leaving. He and his assistant were professional, friendly, punctual, worked hard and finished on schedule. His communication style is very direct and to the point.
We really enjoy our new bathroom and the pleasant renovation experience. So without any hesitation, we would highly recommend Yuri!
