P&S Softwater Systems

This company has no credibility. Please do not any buy products or service from them. I regret so much that I bought a water softener and a water filtration system from them. This company offers “five-year warranty” when I paid them. The water softener broken down in the third year. The beads from the resin tank got sucked into the water flow and clogged several faucets in my house. When I first contacted them, they said they will be responsible for all the problems caused by their malfunctioning softener. However, when they dropped by my place, the technician fixed nothing but disconnected my softener and left it in my basement. This guy said he will buy tools and come back tomorrow to continue the fixing. On the next day, they revoked and accused me for misusing the softener by not adding salt. The truth is I have salt in the brine tank and I have been adding salt regularly. Anyway, they found their excuse to not honor the warranty. Now they are not responding anything and leaving their broken stuff in my basement. I’m trying to protect my right through filing a complaint to Ontario Customer Protection. It’s gonna be a long process and I have to hire other people to fix the problems at the meantime. Please stay away from this company to prevent potential loss.

I bought a water filtration system in PS Water and Home. The owner was friendly and provided a lot of information on the types of filtration systems available. They recommended a mid-level filtration system and they didn't pressure me to buy the priciest model. I was happy with their service. They didn't provide free installation but their level of service was professional.

Compare price within the industry, this is the most reasonable and product offered very standard.

The date to installed can be scheduled very fast, and the installation contractor very timely and helpful, trying to save as much space as they can with your original set-up.
