I have been using them for well over a decade and I don't use anyone else for my plumbing because they are consistently reliable, innovative in finding plumbing solutions, honest and get the job done right. It isn't worth shopping around to see if there might be someone cheaper, because you can't afford cheap plumbing that ends up being a costly mistake. I recommend them without hesitation. They are second to none.

Steam shower repair process

Needed to disconnect steam shower to send back to manufacturer for repair. Technicians were very careful to follow each step - even called the company to clarify specifics or our model. Since we have had hard water causing plumbing issues in the past Raphie discussed this and offered some interesting solutions - provided us with links to educate ourselves and make our decisions.
