Ungerman Homes did a complete renovation and second floor extension for our home. This was a large, six-month project and not only was the work done impeccably but it was on time. The only minor issue that arose, which wasn't the fault of Ungerman Homes, was rectified by Ungerman Homes at no cost to us. Ungerman Homes continues to assist with minor deficiency issues even though they are contractually not required to do so. We recommend Ungerman Homes unconditionally.

We approached Ungerman Homes to redo our third floor bathroom to create a steam shower and upgrade the space. We were so pleased that we called them in to redo our Master bathroom. These two renovations were done on time, within budget and Steve kept us apprised each day's work schedule. I wish I could justify redoing the kitchen with them so I am just waiting for the built in oven to break down.

Ungerman Homes completed an underpinning job for an existing basement in order to build a home gym. Steven Ungerman was always easy to deal with, was on top of what needed to be done and the job was completed on budget. He responds quickly to communication and stands by his work. The space turned out exactly how we wanted it to.
