I would never recommend CNL Roofing LTD (Also know as CNLI Roofing LTD).

Michael, appear very good in the beginning. He returned my phone call promptly at the initial state.

I got my new roofing done by Michael back in Oct 2014.

There are a few reasons. I would not recommend CNL/CNLI Roofing LTD.

First, right after roofing was done, I commented that the roof was not neat. He convinced me that all are like that and will be neat after get the sun heat.

Second, a few singles came off just after about one week he did my roofing.

Third, a couple of singles came off again and had been trying to contact Michael thru phone and text but he just ignore and reject my phone calls.

So, I would not recommend CNL CNLI roofing LTD.

Note: Just notice there is no office address on his documents.

The price was great and so was Michael at the start. He was quick to reply to phone calls and text messages. During the job I was doing my best to monitor the quality but as I found out afterward some short cuts were taken. In short he didn't do all that was promised and has not returned to correct some issues despite trying to contact him.

We needed our roof completely redone after we bought our house. This company came recommended to me by my dad, who had his roof done a few years ago.

We had a few people come and do estimates, and they were the only people who came and actually went up on the roof. He even took pictures to show us where the most damage was, and how our neighbour's (we're a semi detached) roof will cause us some problems.

He and his team did the work and completed it in about 4 days. It looks great and they were courteous and polite the entire time. There was a bit of debris left over from the work (pieces of old shingles, etc.) but it was minimal.

We were told that the roof has a 10 year warranty, and to call him if anything comes up at all.
