Justin and his associates were amazing. We needed our water heater tank replaced and I wasnt sure of all the options. Justin patiently went through all the options with me and made sure the one we chose would work in our very old home. When it came to installation day, Justin was very communicative about when and how long he and his colleagues would be working on our house. This helped me make sure Id be able to work from home without any unexpected interruptions. They did a great job and were in and out quickly. Id recommend him again in a second!

We needed our roof completely redone after we bought our house. This company came recommended to me by my dad, who had his roof done a few years ago. We had a few people come and do estimates, and they were the only people who came and actually went up on the roof. He even took pictures to show us where the most damage was, and how our neighbour's (we're a semi detached) roof will cause us some problems. He and his team did the work and completed it in about 4 days. It looks great and they were courteous and polite the entire time. There was a bit of debris left over from the work (pieces of old shingles, etc.) but it was minimal. We were told that the roof has a 10 year warranty, and to call him if anything comes up at all.

After having our foundation repaired, we had a big hole in the back of our house, about 10ft x 1ft, right at the bottom. Their team came and fixed the stucco over 3 days, gave us options for colours (I picked one that TOTALLY didn't match.. my fault, though). They also mentioned that there was some extra work that needed to be done, but didn't really get into it and didn't give us a price. In the end, the contractor did the extra work and asked us if we could pay more. I thought this was kind of strange, as I would have liked a more specific heads up as to exactly what was done and how much it would be. We couldn't get the extra cash at that moment, and he was nice about it. They did a really good job overall, other than the off colour, it looks great!

We had a bit of a rocky start with Delta due to a couple of aggressive subcontractors, but Avi and Paul quickly fixed that situation by firing them and bringing in a couple of different guys to finish the job. Sylvester and Eugene came in and noticed that our waterproofing and interlock job was actually a foundation job. They took us through everything and showed us just how awful our foundation was (you could see the drywall... no waterproofing and no insulation!) They worked quickly in between other jobs (since they weren't originally slated to do our house) and got it done pretty quickly. Then we had to wait a bit so they could finish a job and finish our interlock. My husband and I are incredibly happy and impressed with the level of professionalism, courtesy and talent of this team.
