Michael was very thorough and professional. Spent significant amount of time checking/verifying interior and exterior of house. Gave us few tips and was willing share his knowledge and experience. Most importantly he pointed out three major plumbing problems in my house which I was not expecting - so many thanks to him for saving us who knows how many $$$ from a potential water damage.
