George (Yuriy) was assigned to do plumbing work at our place in Brampton on a Sunday. This was the 2nd time he had done work for us and I am glad he was the one doing it. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, professional and very particular about his work. You can instantly notice that he is very passionate about his work and completes his work very thoroughly and without any compromise. So, thanks George for the awesome work. Next time I ever have any plumbing work, I will definitely insist for George from Mr Rooter.

- Mr Rooter means Quality, no doubt about that. However, their prices are very expensive. I hope if they can look ways to cut their overhead cost (such as iPad for quotes/billing? isn't there a cheaper still an effective option out there?), they can still be competitive which will help them retain and attract more customers.
