FC Lockscmiths LTD replaced my deadbolt lock and the technician told me that it was guaranteed for life. The key stopped working properly within 18 months, and when I called FC, they had no record of my invoice and even denied they had a technician by the name on my invoice. Told me their locks were not guaranteed. Simply said "Sorry". Not good enough service for me. Not one suggestion of a solution. No responsibility or accountability for their work.
