BEWARE!!! Do not enlist the services of this group for vehicle lock outs. Many other great companies around. Inept and deceitful are understatements to describe my experience with this company. After waiting nearly an hour for service, rep shows up lacking proper tools or know how for the job. There was no locksmithing involved in the attempt to get into my vehicle. Brute force attack using a couple air inflated wedges and a malleable plastic coated wire for almost two hours is what occurred before the rep declared they couldn't get in the vehicle. Half way thru the wonderful journey of ineptitude my windshield was broken as the malleable plastic coated wire flipped up and struck the glass. Immediately, when called out on it, the rep denied any part in it. Proceeding to demonstrate how the contact would not be possible for the next few minutes, the rep managed to flip up the wire and strike the windshield again. There also was the language barrier which greatly impeded my attempts at relaying that the method he was employing was not recommended for Hard Topped early model Jeeps. Finally, as the minute/hour continued to pass, I decided to call the main hotline to describe the situation. they advised that I should try another locksmith, with a promise to return my call about the broken windshield reporting procedures. The call never came. Instead, the rep, after two hours of fumbling around without any apparent clue as to how to gain entry into my vehicle, cried uncle and said he would not be able to open my vehicle. He handed me a card, took some pictures of the windshield and told me to call the main office on Monday. Fast forward to Monday... after a couple calls I get in touch with a 'manager'... Agrees to meet me after work at a mutual location to examine my windshield. Arrive and after a 10-15 analysis of the large spider like crack in the upper driver side windshield declares that it is an outside crack and couldn't have been caused from within...Proceeding to carry out a demonstration with the malleable plastic covered wire, the 'manager' claims that in his 20 yrs in the business he has never seen one crack a windshield... I ask 'So that's it? 15 second analysis, and a couple minutes of denial?' He says 'Yep, sorry..' I tried calling back the main office, number which was originally called the night of the incident and receive 'That's all we can do....' Hear be the reason for the writing of this review.... Long story short, if you want a professional locksmith, this is not the company to call...Beware of the 'first listing' grab in search engines and the 5 star reviews.. they may lead to be shaking your head whilst typing out a review such as this....
