Trust this guy. I was skeptical on two counts: I am always wary of contractors given their reputation and Brendan of Clontarf Building and Renovations is quite young. He proved himself to be an honest and decent worker who completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. The pathway is beautiful, perfectly done, and the site was left clean and tidy. I was also happy to know that the company is insured, a further indication of Brendan's 'above board' business practices. I will certainly use Clontarf again in the near future. My neighbours have already hired him, not just on my recommendation, but on the way they saw the work carried out and on the finished job. Finally, an honest and reliable contractor.

I was hoping to have the painting done prior to having all the furniture set in place and it turned out that Brendan was able to fit me into his schedule and work was able to commence in a few days of my moving in. The job was completed quickly and thoroughly with all attention to detail was made. Brendan was a very reliable, trustworthy and professional worker to have in my house. The difference between white walls and painted colors is phenomenal and I am so glad that I was able to find him to get the work completed to help my house feel like a home.
