Trust this guy. I was skeptical on two counts: I am always wary of contractors given their reputation and Brendan of Clontarf Building and Renovations is quite young. He proved himself to be an honest and decent worker who completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. The pathway is beautiful, perfectly done, and the site was left clean and tidy. I was also happy to know that the company is insured, a further indication of Brendan's 'above board' business practices. I will certainly use Clontarf again in the near future. My neighbours have already hired him, not just on my recommendation, but on the way they saw the work carried out and on the finished job. Finally, an honest and reliable contractor.
