I had Mike come in and have a look at our oven, he was recommended from the LG company. He was to take pictures of our unit and send a a fact sheet to LG determining whether the stove was fixable. He gave me a quote of $250. I contacted LG. They gave me an amount of money that was prorated by 10% every year I owned it which was five years. Mike came back to our house and said that he had the part to fix the oven. My further investigation just did not seem plausible . He realized that he had to replace a unit in the oven. It was much more expensive than the original quote of $250 the final amount would be close to $650. We gave him $$for his service call. He said that once I Take the serial number off the stove and destroy it that the stove is no longer fixable, and it has to be garbaged. That information according to my contract with LG, is false. L.G was compensating me for customer dissatisfaction. LG documents never stated any where that my oven would be scrapped upon removal of the serial #. My advice would be to look for a more honest repairman.

They called and scheduled the repair 1 day earlier than expected. Great customer service, very knowlegeable and polite. Answered all my questions. Very easy going guy, took about 1/2hr to complete.

My refrigerator broke and I have been living out of coolers, desperate to get it fixed. I initially got an appointment that was a week away but Mike reached out to me and was able to schedule next-day service! Mike is friendly, fast and very responsive. Most professional appliance repairs service you can get in the east end area! My LG fridge will not cool,I put in service call through LG and thank God I got Mike.

My LG washer just won't turn on one day. I phoned Mike's ultimate appliance service to book a service request. Samantha was very polite and professional. She booked us accordingly. Mike called us up early on service date to tell give us a 1 hour window of his arrival. He actually arrived a few minutes early. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and was able to replace the defective circuit board. He was able to fix the problem and turned on the machine and did some diagnostic tests. Bad news was there were more problems, motor was skipping and said something was wrong with the sensor. In total it would cost me at least $500 for everything. He left us with the decision on what to do instead of pushing for the repair. Instead he kind of hinted to go for a brand new one. He could easily taken advantage of the situation and insisted on repairing our washer. He took the new circuit board out and replaced it with the defective one and wished us luck in finding a replacement washer (probably an LG too to be able to stack together). All we paid was his service call which was very reasonable. I even asked him something about our stove and he willingly made time to show us how to do it. We really appreciate his honesty, integrity and professionalism. We need more people like Mike who value customer service.

Mike gave great and efficient service in a timely manner. Arrival Time was given in a 2 hour window and he promptly arrived within minutes as promised. He wasted no time in determining and fixing the problem and had the machine running properly in less than 45 minutes which included getting replacement parts. Cheerful and respectful. Highly recommended.

Appliances are not built as they use to be. I went online and was reading reviews and called Mike Ultimate appliance. Mike was efficient, courteous and reasonable. We had three appliances repaired at the same time, and it was quick and painless. Ultimate also will accommodate you for timing and not say I'll be there between 8-5 as most people cannot be home a full day waiting. I highly recommend this company!
