My furnace was broken and Leroy from LBP installed a new system for me. He saved me alot of money, his price is good, he is very punctual and courteous technician. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a repair. Thanks Leroy.

I put in a $1 cost to satisfy the system. LBP Heating came to my residence as Reliance Authorized Contractors.
Following a furnace breakdown, David and Jonathan came to our home to install a new furnace in less than 24 hours after we had a failure.
These guys came a long way to get to my home, so thank you for that. They even phoned me to say they were on route.
They are personable, professional and very good at what they do. Whenever I had a question they took the time to explain it to me in language I could understand. I have never had a furnace replaced before so I had a few questions which they handled. I did not at all get the feeling that I was bothering them. The guys worked for 8 hours with the only stop being 15 minutes for lunch...pretty impressive. After the fact they cleaned up to a point you wouldn't have known they were there. Well done guys and thanks.

I really appreciate his work and time spent sourcing out the required transformer part for the control board of the furnace. I was okay for him to return the next day but he came back without delay to install it. My furnace was leaking... I was worried not only because I had a problem but because I didn't know anyone I could trust (bad luck with Kijiji in the past). I took a shot and trusted Leroy.

What can I write? Well, the guy was 100% professional. Took his shoes off right away and didn't waste any time diagnosing the problem, having all the right tools at his disposal. Within 5 minutes of taking off the panel he discovered where the leak originated from and was able to quote me a price on the spot. He came back the next day (with the new part in hand) and stuck to the price (part plus labor) till the end. He seemed genuinely interested in saving me money.

I think he's very professional, courteous, honest and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to repair or install a new system!!!

Our furnace broke down in the -20 weather this January. Leroy came the same day we called which was such a relief since we have two very young children in the home and our home was freezing. Today the pilot light went out again. Leroy came a few hrs after I called and didn't charge us a penny for the service. He has reasonable prices, always answers his phone. He actually told me today he works pretty much 24 hours a day so you can call anytime. He is quick, efficient and very nice!

LBP was the only company that answered the phone on the weekend. Which is really nice to know in the case of emergency service. Turns out my situation wasn't urgent, as Leroy talked me through it on the phone. We then scheduled a time that was convenient for both of us on Monday, he is very flexible and was able to come late Monday night to accommodate my work schedule. Leroy was courteous, and arrived on time. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and make the repairs on the spot. He even fixed a leaky connection in my furnace that was not part of why i called him, at no extra charge. I highly recommend LBP and will be calling Leroy for any future HVAC related work.

Leroy was very pleasent when he came into our home to assess our heating problems. He let us know the issue, showed us what needed to be replaced and let us know the cost of the repair. Leroy then called early the next day, said he can get the part and come and fixed it. We will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs heating & air conditioning service.
