My furnace was leaking... I was worried not only because I had a problem but because I didn't know anyone I could trust (bad luck with Kijiji in the past). I took a shot and trusted Leroy.
What can I write? Well, the guy was 100% professional. Took his shoes off right away and didn't waste any time diagnosing the problem, having all the right tools at his disposal. Within 5 minutes of taking off the panel he discovered where the leak originated from and was able to quote me a price on the spot. He came back the next day (with the new part in hand) and stuck to the price (part plus labor) till the end. He seemed genuinely interested in saving me money.
I think he's very professional, courteous, honest and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to repair or install a new system!!!
