I had contacted Rafi at Afg Heating and Cooling Services, for problems I was having with the conversion burner. He was professional and knowledgable and came to my home the same day to check the conversion burner. He was able to figure the problem within 30 minutes of testing the conversion burner. He gave me a good price for his services.

It was very cold and my furnace broke down. We end up calling various companies. Rafi from AFG Heating and Cooling responded to our call very quickly and come to our home with in four house. He fixed our furnace. We are impress with Rafi work. We found AFG heating and cooling reliable company.

I live in an older house downtown and I am hardly at home do my busy job at the airport this winter I found I needed the heater on a little more than usual and haven't had it serviced in a while. Rafi was fantastic worked around my schedule he was very professional, friendly and efficient I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs any work to be done in heating and cooling.

our younger son is suffering from Asthma for last five years. We wanted to install HEPA filter at our house. We called Rafi from AFG heating for the HEPA filter. He came next day and installed the filter at our house. The filter is working great.

After many years we recently had our furnace serviced by AFG heating and cooling and found out that all these years of negligence had caused severe damage to the unit. Fasi the tech advised us to replace the unit since it wasn't safe to operate anymore because of the rust. Had we maintained it, the water leak would have been picked up earlier and prevented the damage. We're very pleased with the work AFG has performed. Fasi was the AFG Heating & Cooling technician sent to us. He worked efficiently, spoke politely and informatively and provided us with the best deal possible. He replaced our hot water tank the next day. We highly recommend this technician and company for all heating and cooling needs.

This morning the furnace stopped heating. After lots of time wasted getting the runaround from Direct Energy, not even able to BOOK a diagnostic appointment, I gave up and called AFG.

Rafi appeared just over an hour later (I couldn't even get D.E. to reply to a phone call that fast ! ).

He explained what he was doing as he diagnosed the problem and quickly narrowed it down to a high probability of being the controller panel. With an unusual brand of furnace, he tracked down a replacement part in Richmond Hill !!

Once he had the part, he drove all the way back downtown and had the new part installed quickly. He checked all the other parts to ensure everything else was working properly. The house is now nicely warming up.

My repair options were carefully explained before work began so that I was able to make informed decisions.

The repair was, by far, cheaper than replacing a 7 year old furnace.

Rafi was very personable and helpful. The work comes with 3 month warranty on labour and one year on parts, which seems very reasonable.

Very pleased with the service and I'd recommend this company to friends.
