After many years we recently had our furnace serviced by AFG heating and cooling and found out that all these years of negligence had caused severe damage to the unit. Fasi the tech advised us to replace the unit since it wasn't safe to operate anymore because of the rust. Had we maintained it, the water leak would have been picked up earlier and prevented the damage. We're very pleased with the work AFG has performed.
