Skylight leaking

I strongly recommend Crucial Roof Services Ltd.

Greg is very professional, he did an excellent job. Had my skylight fixed in March, and tested since then with strong wind and pouring rain, there's no leak. I am very satisfied.

Tile Roof Repair

Greg and Crucial Roof Services were quick to respond to my inquires about a loose roof tile. He provided a quote and made the repairs within 36 hours. Photos were taken of all the repairs and he provided an inspection of the remaining roof to warn of any other areas that may need attention. Very impressed with the service and quality of work. Will definitely recommend to others who may need roof repairs and will use Crucial Roof Services again if the need arises.

Concrete roof tile cleaning and repair

Thanks for the great review Albert. It's not often I can go on a roof and find nothing worthy of preventative maintenance requirements. I'm happy for you that your roof passed my high-standards inspection and that there is nothing you need to do on the roof at this time. It's just unfortunate that the builder chose to use drywall on an exterior patio ceiling instead of the more common vented soffit material. Please feel free to call me in another 2 years for your next no-charge inspection and report. Greg

Skylight Maintenance

Heating & Air Conditioning review in North Vancouver

Crucial Roof Services was recommended to me as a company who could perform skylight maintenance and reseal the flashing around my aging skylights. They did not disappoint. Greg was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. He spent time explaining the available options and the pricing was very reasonable. Roof maintenance and skylight installations

Happy to find that Crucial Roof Services is still in business. He did roof maintenance on my house over 10 years ago. This time I had Greg and Randy do roof maintenance, servicing the flashing on the chimney, and replacing my 32 years old skylights. I had them install 4 Velux skylights. I am very happy with them. Greg explained what was done and provided photos of the job. I would recommend Crucial Roof Services and they would be the go to guys for all my roofing needs.
