Very pleased with Crucial Roof Services
Our concrete tile roof was showing signs of wear and tear with a few cracks, and we'd also had a leak during the rain bombs in November 2021. We decided it was time to give the roof a once-over, and we're so happy with the work that Crucial Roof Services did for us.
From the start Greg was straightforward with his info, spending time to answer questions over the phone with no guarantee that we'd ask him to do this work. I also appreciated that it was easy to reach him via text and email to have questions answered after we decided to proceed.
Greg provided us with a quote and came by a couple of days later to do this work. He and his partner replaced extra tiles that we provided plus did some extra caulking at no extra charge over the original quote, which was way above and beyond. Our yard was left neat and tidy afterwards. Later, along with the invoice, Greg sent photos of the tiles that he’d replaced and repaired.
From start to finish, our experience with Crucial was top-notch, and we will be recommending this company to the people we know.
