Richard's Maintenance Plus

My tenants had an identifiable leak leading to over two litres of water in the ceiling under the main bath. The emergency plumber tore apart the ceiling and the wall leaving a huge mess and a huge bill with no results. Richard worked with me from provinces away and with my tenants to creatively discover the source of the leak (that the plumber couldn't find), fix the problem, drywall the ceiling and paint the ceiling and the walls making my home look better than it did before he got there. He was cooperative, flexible, trustworthy, and I have already hired him to correct more problems around the house. He will be the first person I call when I need something done on the house. I know that I can trust his skill and his work. Thank you!

Richard was tasked to build a room of 4 walls (2 were insulated) frame around electrical panel and window, drywall the walls and ceiling(no tape or mud doing that myself) and change light fixtures add flooring. His ability and end results were awesome,on budget,and imagination to fix hidden problems were greatly appreciated. we will hire Richard again.Thanks for being reasonable,talented, honest and respectful,on time and completion of project as projected we are thrilled with the end results. Richard did some work for us in the spring. We needed some posts replaced and the work he did was great. He was very professional and the work was done quickly and the quality met our expectations. He was also very honest with us and also knowledgeable about the work he was doing. He was very considerate of our family and our little ones that would be around when the work was being done. Richard is friendly and we will use him again for more projects around our home.

Richard is one of the best handymen in London. He put in a well-built and beautiful fence and a professional-looking large deck at our new house (complete with built in benches and planter boxes!) that friends estimated would have cost well over $10 000 and did it for a very reasonable price. He was also our go-to guy for any day to day repairs and installations and put a new roof on our house through the hottest day of the summer! He really cares about whether the customer is satisfied and will make sure it is done properly and to your specifications. Richard is a quality guy who you can trust.
