Worst experience ever. We were told that these windows would be much better than our old windows. We replaced All the windows as per recommendation. Installers came- 2 brand new crews- all young teenagers with one foreman. They constantly asked questions on how to do the installation. When they took out the old windows, they broke tiles in the kitchen around one window and damaged the rail down the stairs. No compensation was given, nor was there ever an apology. After they installed the windows the basement ones had to be redone twice as they tried to rush through and made a worse mess than previous. In the winter all the windows iced between the sliders - an issue I never had with the old windows, and ice formed between the window and the sill. Again, never an issue with the old windows. I have had numerous calls and appointments. The supervisor tells the office what needs to be done, and they book a service for something completely different. The last supervisor and crew both stated the windows need to be reinstalled and caulking outside be replaced and new spray foam done as they didn't insulate it properly this causing all the issues. It has been a year and I still have not had them fixed.

First, they were late for install, brought in 2 very inexperienced crew to do install. Damaged tiles around window, chipped hand rail, put on trim that was wider than the old and looks terrible. Have had multiple service calls to fix the basement windows that were installed so bad that you could see the frame of the house... and were set out farther than the wall of the house. In the winter time all the sliding windows warped causing ice to build up between the sliders, as well ice build up between the casing of the windows and the windows. It has been a nightmare and am still fighting with them on trying to fix the issues.

during installation, they damage my property and when asked to fix it, they threatened to take me to the court as i didn't have any prof that they damage my property.

I requested managers but they asked me if i took photographs before the installation. He told me that there is no proof they damage the property.

The company is very knowledgeable, explaining pros and cons. I didnt have the feeling, they wanted to sell me something at any cost. They even advised me against doing something. Since I signed the papers, a few days later someone came for the exact measurements and now I receive emails regularly regarding the process.

Installation of 11 windows got completed yesterday and we are very please with the end result. Our installers, Bogdan and Ivan were very professional, friendly and informative. We were kept apprised of their progress and were continuously updated regarding the installations and it was important that we had no concerns with each window installed. all work was completed on time and we love the look inside and out. Every day the work area was kept clean and tidy and much care was taken to ensure the floors/carpet and other areas were covered to avoid any damage. The windows are high quality and the look is very modern. We have no issues recommending Weather Prod for any of your window supply and installation needs. A job well done. thankyou Mike & Jackie

Got a quote in November/December somewhere, it took 4 months to prepare the windows and that also with wrong types ! Struggling with dispatch and staff. Don't pick the call if you have any query / service request. I will never recommend any one. Till date, work is still incomplete.

The only thing that was really slow was waiting for the windows to be built. Not as slow as I experienced with a competitor in the past, but still a long time. The window install was today. The road noise is reduced. Dennis and Vadim were our installers. Friendly guys that had some really difficult cuts to do to make the frame fit an old home. They look great and so far reduces drafts quite a bit.

WeatherPro is awful. The installers came late, took 3 days longer than anticipated to complete the job (worked over the weekend because they had other job scheduled) and damaged my property. They completely disregarded my request to get rid of my outer covering.
