Sunny from Dr rooter saved the day, our water bills and our ears in January when he stopped our toilet from running non-stop.
He came over the same day I called, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 1/2 an hour. Then, he went above and beyond to ask if there were any other annoying issues around the house he could help with. He then fixed an under performing tap and looked into a few other issues. ABOVE AND BEYOND! That's how I'd describe his service…And we're just so happy we don't have to listen to that annoying trickle of the toilet anymore!

I came home on Boxing Day to find water in my basement (Merry Christmas). It had been raining all day and I could see the water coming in a crack int he foundation. I sent a request for a quote and Steve called the same day to set up a time to inspect the situation and provide an estimate. He came the next morning, provided a quote (less than I thought) and I hired him on the spot. His guys came out the next morning, but because of the saturated ground, they had to dig a 5x5x2 hole by hand. They did all the work, were very friendly and were done long before the end of the day. Me, being cautious, wanted to wait to write this review until we had more rain, which we did a few days later: 10 mm. I anxiously came home from work and there was not a drop of water.
I am very happy with the speed and work done. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a backed up toilet and flooding in our house the night before Christmas Eve and called Yuri who ensured that his business partner Oleg was at our door the next day. Oleg came as promised. He and his assistant were prompt, professional, and friendly. They used a camera snake to locate the problem and explained the work that needed to be done. They completed the work with care and made sure that the problem was entirely resolved. They also ensured that they cleaned up after they were done.

We appreciate Oleg's thoroughness and his ability to communicate what needed to be done. We especially appreciate his coming to our home on the morning of Christmas Eve. We would recommend Dr. Rooter to anyone and will call upon them without hesitation if and when we need drainage work done in the future.

I called Oleg and his team and they showed up the next day to start the job as it was an urgent matter. They did a very good concrete job outside my house redoing my sidewalks. They were on time , really polite and respectful with my tenants. They also completed a basement rough-in plumbing job at the same time and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work done. Just wanted to share on our experience with Dr. Rooter. We called them to assess our Concrete walkway which was all broken and sloping towards the house. Our initial idea was to simply replace those slabs, but when Yuri and Oleg came out for assessment they also suggested to inspect the foundation for leakage.  Gladly enough our foundation wasn't damaged. As such we signed with Dr. Rooter to do Concrete slab repair. The crew came back in one week and the job was done in 3 days. They kept the site extremely clean and with all the safety signage.  We highly recommend Dr. Rooter for all of your foundation repair/waterproofing needs.

Hi everyone. This year we did a fair amount of work around our house and we had dealt with multiple trades contractors. While it's been a pleasure to deal with  most of them there were a few bad marks. There were a few crews that took a very long time and it was stressful dealing with them. Dr. Rooter however is none of the latter.

We have contacted Dr. Rooter to deal with foundation repair as we had some basement leakage. Even though they are a busy company they had Yuri come out to assess the work scope the next day. It was a pleasure dealing with him as he explained us the root causes and best ways to address the issue. Also he presented multiple options to tackle the leakage.
As such we received a detailed quote next day and we didn't hesitate to go ahead with them.  We had two more companies come out and price this work for us. While they also presented themselves in the professional manner they seemed very pushy and wanted to sign us right there on a spot, which we weren't really comfortable. This being said the work started in about one week. Yuri was there 8am sharp as he promised with 3 of his employees. After a quick chit-chat  the work got started. Yuri gave out his guys instructions  and they proceeded accordingly. 

It took 3 days to fully finish the project. Guys worked really hard. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and installed pylons and  caution tape to prevent us from falling into holes.

Enough said. It was a great experience dealing with Dr. Rooter. They got the job done, they answered the phone calls, cleaned up the site after themselves and did a few follow ups with us in the next month.
