I had quite a big of a leak in my basement do to a wall crack I called a few company's to find out some rates , yuri and his crew arrived and I was more then satisfied with their work I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing water proofing.

After purchasing a home and starting a bathroom demo, we discovered that the plumber before (if it was really a plumber) butchered the plumbing. Our plumbing needed to be completely replaced. Steve was quick to answer any questions we had, explained the issues and how they can fix them - all at a reasonable cost. Steve and Sunny were professional and friendly and very accommodating of our schedule. Would highly recommend and will call them again for any future plumbing needs. Rick Phillips came to my residence on Friday, January 20th to repair the drain in my bathroom sink. I was very pleased with his work and thought the cost was reasonable. Rick explained to me what the problem was and what would be involved in repairing it. He was pleasant and courteous and I would highly recommend his services to anyone else.

During the Christmas season, we had a problem with our main drain in the house. Dr. Rooter not only gave us the best quote, but they arrived on boxing day, the same day that we called. We needed immediate service, and they were there when we needed them. They installed a new cleanout and backflow outside our front door, and advised us that if we had any more difficulty, the city would look after it. The boys that had to dig to find the old drain. They expected to dig 8 feet. They ended up having to dig 12 feet, and put in the cleanout and backflow. This took only 3 days during the Christmas break. A fellow by the name of Steve was excellent at communicating with me through text. I would highly recommend this company!

Oleg, Yurij, and co. looked after our main drain problem over the holidays. It was a difficult job under difficult circumstance that they performed without issues and with excellent professionalism. What is almost unique in the industry is their responsiveness. I was always called back in short order. Try that on for size with anyone else!

I found a leak in my basement and they were able to respond within a few hours of calling (no other companies even called me back). I am single and this is my first home so making decisions and problem solving is daunting and difficult. It was raining a lot and upon initial inspection it seemed obvious that the foundation was leaking. So, they reacted quickly by explaining all of my options to me and describing the least invasive solution. He was able to answer all of my questions and promised to be on site the next day. When the workers arrived the next day the rain had stopped but the water was still coming. It was at that point they realized that it was just a leaky water heater and let me know that I should cancel the whole expensive foundation waterproofing-NO CHARGE. BOTH HONEST AND EFFICIENT.

Very professional at reasonable price. They replaced my entire 60 feet drain line from furnace room to the city line with a new backup valve. They did it within two days with no mess left behind.

They have all gadgets for the most expedient service.

Highly recommend before trying other rippers.
