I have a driving rain issue related to my rooftop patio door that leaks into the bedroom.

Out of the dozen various trades people recommended I had left VMs for, Colm was the only one that called back. Though he was not able to assist, he provided a recommendation to check out.

The small act of just returning my call speaks volume about Colms professionalism and customer service. He already came highly recommended from a few neighbours who have used his services and this is just another reason to add to the list!

A small pool of water started forming in our basement bedroom. I contacted a number of waterproofers, but Colm of Act Fast was first to show up.

He quickly examined the situation and identified the issues causing the leak. He clearly knows what he is doing. He offered a range of potential solutions at various (very reasonable) price points.

But the amazing thing was when he decided to do a spot repair to see if that would do the job (along with some other recommended actions on our part). And he did it all at no charge!!

Amazing. Colm and his team installed weeping tile behind my furnace which is a very small and tight space. This was where the water was coming in. Colm told me if this didn't work he would come back and figure it out and fix it. I have not had a leak since!!! Colm was recommended to my by a friend who hired him to fix their basement leak issues. I would highly recommend him.

Called Colm to assess my basement and recommend best approach for waterproofing. He came the next day and spend a couple of hours evaluating the problem, discussing options and explaining his proposed approach.
