Our home was experiencing leaking in the cold cellar. In addition, we were concerned about the increasingly heavy rains and flooding in our area. Colm did a total property inspection, inside and out, and made recommendations on how to mitigate water damage and protect our home, including DIY projects. The work that Colm and his team did in the cold cellar provides reassurance against next season's heavy rain. And Colm was always prepared to answer questions and provide information to keep me informed throughout the project.

We had major damage in our wall from years of water leaks and penetration. Colm and his team was professional, friendly, punctual and he had superb communication skills. To top it off, his quote was by far the most competitive and the other companies did not come close to beating it.
