Act Fast was one of several companies we met for quotes for our basement waterproofing job, which involved removing drywall and then waterproofing one part of our basement with a sump pump and back-up pump.
Colm was by far the most professional and honest of the contractors we met. Did not try to upsell and suggested simple cost effective solutions. The work was completed in a timely, efficient and professional manner and Colm also took the effort to save money where possible. We are very pleased with the job and highly recommend Colm and Act Fast.
