Act Fast Waterproofing

ActFast Waterproofing comes highly recommended from the reviews on HomeStars, and for a good reason. Living in a older home in Toronto, we were concerned about the foundation and preventing water from damaging the foundation. After consulting with ActFast Waterproofing on the approaches we could take, we had Colm and his team excavate and regrade the front yard to effect proper drainage from the house. Colm showed up on time, was very courteous. and began his assessment right away. He provided a straight forward review of the scope of work that was required to ensure that water would drain properly. There was no pressure or up sell and he stuck to the work that was needed. Colm walked me through his approach and what was necessary (as to why). His work was professional and done on time, exceeding all of my expectations. At the end of the job, we were to sod the front lawn ourselves to finish the look. He insisted in helping us lay the sod to ensure that the work was completed and the grading was to our satisfaction. Very happy with the work and I feel very confident in having chosen Colm and ActFast Waterproofing. I will definitely call again should I need more work done in the future. Thanks Colm!
