I called Act Fast Waterproofing to assess the water damage in my basement ceiling. Colm showed up the same day to look at the issue and then he told me that my basement leak would need to be addressed and fixed from the exterior of my basement and it would not fall under any of the services he offers, however, he still took his time to give me recommendations on who to call and how this leak problem could be fixed. On top of that, he also quickly fixed the side of my house where some waterproofing material started to come off. Thank you for your time, Colm.
