First, I have to say requesting service was extremely pleasant. The man on the phone was very clear and spoke courteously.

Second, for my diagnostic assessment, Aaron came precisely at the time scheduled. My a/c concerns were met only after an hour of service. The initial charge of $99 was completely worth it, as he actually stayed for the full hour and on Canada Day, eh.
I would call these guys everytime because as Aaron provided service you can see the passion in his work and you can hear the honesty in his words, as he informed me step-by-step what he was doing with explanation. Thank you for fixing my a/c. Until next time.

AC typically not well on an incredibly hot Saturday, arranged for Accuserv to come out for 4. Rahul was prompt, professional and courteous. Checked the furnace and AC identified problem very quickly, cleaned and serviced the AC unit, and provided a detailed education on the do's and don't's to AC. Amazing young chap, highly highly recommended.

We live in a townhouse with high velocity HVAC system. The system has an air handler coupled with a boiler system that serves as providing both hot water for consumption and for winter heating. The Quietside system that we had from the original builder has always been problematic and many times we felt it did not provide enough hot water or enough heating. While I have been keeping it alive for the past decade, the camel’s back finally broke.

I went through half a dozen different quotes and while each of them seem fair, I didn’t quite had the confidence to move forward as I felt these companies didn’t really understand high velocity HVAC. Then I called Accuserve and spoke with Aaron and things changed very quickly. He had a tremendous amount of knowledge on these system, has many personal experience with them, and I felt confident in choosing them to replace my boiler system. I watched a couple of the available Youtube videos on the pre-fabrication work that they do on the boilers, and the boiler they installed for me looks exactly the same – including the pipes, expansion tank, pumps, and filters.

The day of the installation went fairly smooth. They were also able to run a new 5 wire thermostat cable and couple that with the Ecobee3. Overall I am a very happy customer to have to state of the art system installed in my home that will provide an abundance of hot water and heating for years to come. I will definitely be going back to Aaron and the Accuserve team for my future HVAC needs!

AccuServ is a great service. This past Saturday, they came to take an initial look at our air conditioning unit, and were able to get everything fixed very efficiently. They explained everything that had to be done in a very professional manner, and I would definitely call them again for any plumbing and air conditioning repairs in the future.
