Ashraf did routine maintenance on our water heater - he was professional and well informed. I plan on using AccuServ for my annual maintenance - they are local to me, well priced and well run from my experience.

We needed to move a gas pipe in the basement for the bathroom renovation. I called AccuServ and they scheduled a technician visit for the next day. He was prompt and friendly, confirmed the work could be done and Amanda in the office scheduled the work to be completed the next day. Work was completed efficiently and they did a good clean up.

We had our water heater go out and we're interested in purchasing a tankless water heater. The same day we had a accuserv representative at our house to discuss our options. Not only did Aaron and his crew do an amazing job they well exceeded our expectations. We will highly recommend them in the future.

We live in a 4 story townhouse that uses a combination boiler and high velocity air handler to provide the heating, cooling & hot water for our house. We've been here nearly 6 years, but from early on we had issues with our NTI boiler. We went through at least a half dozen different companies for our HVAC needs, and while most of the companies' intentions were good, they just didn't have the knowledge to deal with our hydronic system.

I've used two "expert" hydronic companies in the past. One recommended from the manufacturer of our high velocity system, and one that we found on the internet. They came in, did some work, and we paid them money. Sadly, they did patchwork type jobs, and never really fixed the source of the problem. Clearly not the "experts" they claimed to be.

In late March we had no heat or hot water in our house. We looked up HVAC companies that had good reviews on HomeStars. AccuServ caught our attention. We started reading the reviews, and were impressed enough from what we read, that we gave them a call. James (the owner) answered. We were surprised that they were open on a Sunday and that we reached them directly - no answering service. We told him about the issue and asked if someone could come by to take a look, and asked how much it would cost. He said it would be $99.00, and he can have someone there within 2 hours.
Aaron and Rahul showed up in less than two hours. Aaron took a look at the set up, and was in complete disbelief at how it was all put together. When I told him which companies I used in the past to do work on our boiler, he was absolutely shocked. The two companies are AccuServ's main competitors, and while he had nothing negative to say about them, he couldn't believe they hadn't noticed the obvious shortcomings of our set up. Aaron took apart our boiler and explained the way our system was set up, the issues with the set up and the damage that had been done. It was all bad news, with very little hope to salvage the unit.

Even though all the news was bad, Aaron explained it in such a way that made it easy for a lay person to understand. He gave us some pointers on what we could do in the meantime, but basically explained we were on borrowed time. He said that he would come back to us tomorrow with some options for us to consider. Even though our heat and hot water were working again, Aaron provided us with some options very quickly.

Aaron come back to our house later that week, as we wanted to discuss the fix he proposed. We also asked if were okay for our neighbour to attend the consultation, as she too was having issues with her combination boiler. No problem at all he said.

One of the first things we noticed about Aaron is he's a people person. He's articulate, he's passionate, and THIS GUY REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF!!! His knowledge, work ethic, his demeanor, and you know this guy just wants to do it right, and will do whatever it takes to do that. The consultation went well. He was at our place for well over an hour, and patiently answered all our questions. At one point, he had mentioned that he was thinking about our application the prior night (Wow! This guy is so passionate about HVAC, he eats, sleeps and dreams HVAC!)

A proposal was sent out a few days later from James. We had some questions about the proposal, which James promptly answered. I then told James I have no problem moving forward with the proposal, as long as Aaron will be the primary lead on the install.

On the day of the install, Aaron and his very competent crew showed up right on time! They were very thoughtful about how to install everything, given the limited space in our utility room. They worked hard and diligently to get it all done, taking the time to show us how things were coming along throughout the day. I couldn't believe how much more professional everything looked, compared to the previous set up, when they were done. Aaron then walked us through the complete install and helped us to better understand the system and how it will work - once again in a way that made it easy for us to understand.

Although replacing a heating/cooling and hot water system is very costly we felt confident that AccuServ had the best technical expertise to provide us with the best option to suit our needs and install it properly. Every interaction with James, Aaron, Rahul and the team was professional, knowledgeable and very responsive. Aaron went above and beyond to provide assistance on components outside of just the install. Aaron also assisted our neighbour with an issue she had with her system that another HVAC company had not been able to resolve in over a year. Aaron resolved it in less than 30 minutes! AccuServ is definitely the elite in HVAC services including demonstrated expertise in hydronics.

We were so impressed with AccuServ that they will now be the only company we trust to look after our HVAC needs. We gave AccuServ a rating of 10, only because 12 was not an option.

First of all on Mar 8th, 2016 we woke up in the morning with no heat so we looked online for a heating company in our area and found AccuServ. We called them and they were at our home within a very short period of time and discovered that we needed an HSI replacement. They ordered the part and returned later in the day and had everything up and running almost immediately. Then again on Mar 25th, 2016...Good Friday, we awoke to no heat and wondered even if AccuServ would be working seeing as it was a holiday but....we called and they answered. They arrived within 2 hours and discovered the problem this time was the flame sensor and James had it repaired and our heat up and running within 20 minutes. Unfortunately I do not know the names of the fellows who came for the first visit but wish to say they were excellent, very knowledgeable and courteous. The second visit was handled by James and again we wish to advise that he too was excellent and very knowledgeable and courteous. We are extremely happy and satisfied with the service received and work that was completed and would definitely call AccuSerrv again if needed and would also recommend. I give them 10 out of 10. Thank you.

I had another company come in and look at my NTI boiler, which is constantly in need of repair. The technician came in and said I needed a new part....he never came back. The other company came in to do my annual maintenance. I explained that I was still waiting for a part. He said my unit was not working properly and that he would look into the part....never heard from them again. After the maintenance work, I noticed that my hot water was more like luke-warm water. Aaron from Accuserv came in a made a few adjustments and now I have hot water. I finally had a hot shower, which I hadn't had in a while! Thank you!!!!

The guys from Accuserv took their time to explain how the boiler systems work. After deliberation, I took the plunge and had my boiler replaced. Aaron, Rahul and Steve were very professional and courteous. My boiler has gone from a mess of pipes incorrectly installed to a system that looks and works great! Thank you!!

Nobody likes to have stuff fixed, but if I do I always call AccuServe. I feel that they are honest, reliable and quick to arrive. They get the job done. Technicians are pleasant. Recommended.

A different company installed our combination central-heating and domestic hot water unit, and we had problems with it from the beginning. The friendly technicians from AccuServ were able to come in and diagnose the complex and numerous issues with our setup. It was clear that they truly understand not just how to install these systems to get them working, but the underlying principles that make these systems work well. And they were able to explain clearly what the problems were, and how and why they needed to be fixed. I wish I had called them years ago.

We replaced our OLD (1996) boiler and hot water heater and were lucky enough to have found and chosen Accuserve. The features of our house led to some challenges, particularly with the tankless water heater. James and Aaron never, never gave up until everything was working perfectly - and I do mean perfectly. This included putting pressure on the company that makes the tankless system, bringing in expensive components to address some problems at no charge to us, and always being not just courteous but being openly empathetic to any, even minor, inconvenience to us. If you choose Accuserve you will be very glad you did!

LastbSunday night I had a cooler than usual shower and suspected something might be wrong with my water heater.
That was confirmed on Monday morning when I discovered that I had zero hot water, so I was faced with the task of finding someone to check out - and repair - the water heater.
A search on Homestars luckily found Accuserve - and I called and left a message with their answering service to call.
Right after eight I got a call and arranged with James to send a service person in - before noon - to check out the problem.
After the serviceman left I got a call explaining the myriad of problems with my (did I say 16 year old?) water heater - and suggesting that thee best course given the number of problems, and the age of the unit was to replace it.
James was able to arrange for a device team to remove the old heater, and replace with a new water heater by 7:00 that same day.
I went from broken water heater to replaced and a hot shower in one day - very impressive.
Great responsiveness - great follow-up - great service.
