The technician showed up punctually, was friendly and got the job started right away. His thoroughness with the furnace maintenance was also an asset. This company seems very honest and are truly there for the customer. Please keep it up. Too many companies do not have such valuable ethics!

To make a long story short, we had our boiler installed by a company who didn't know what they were doing. After lots of problems and countless visits from this other company, they would always state that the system was running normal, despite all the problems it cost us with our hot water and heat cutting out.
AccuServ came in and saved the day 100%. Their staff are incredibly knowledgeable, very polite and punctual.
Not only did they solve our problems, but they also followed up with a list of detailed information as to what was wrong with our unit in the first place.
I can seriously not stress enough how happy I was dealing with them and have recommended them to several friends since. All have followed up with me to thank me for the recommendation as these guys do nothing less than stellar, professional work.
If 6 stars were an option, I'd give it to them.

The AccuServ team are incredible Right from administration through to installation. The work is so precise and clean, it is a breath of fresh air to have such vital work done on your home like this. It should not be a rare thing, but it is. So when a company has such high standards, I feel like I need to tell others about it. At the end of our demanding installation (went longer due to the trickiness of our 100 old home) Ashok had a smile on his face and said he was so happy with the job. They really hold themselves to a high standard. Another plus for me was how on it they are with all the digital forms and feedback. I love to see a company embrace a modern mentality to the admin side from quotes, financing to customer care. It is never fun to replace such big ticket items in your home, but I am thankful we went through it with a company who actually cares about the work they leave behind.

Aaron and his team designed/recommend best-in-class technology and provided outstanding and professional installation services. Despite the challenges of our 1880 building the installation was flawless, and looks clean.

Accuserv treated me with care and attention on a recent visit to replace my furnace. I had only a small timeslot on Saturday that I could be at the home for the installation. They didn’t mind and gave me the time that I asked for. The installation fit easily into the time they had available and was already warming my home by the time they left. Good service.

The team was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, very neat and on time. They explained the whole process very well and delivered a beautiful result. It works great and looks fabulous, we couldn't be happier.

I’ve always been given a good price from this crew, and I’ve called them in on busted machines for both my home and business. They always respond so quickly even though I’m not that near to their Toronto location. Never waited longer than 48 hours for a complete repair.

This weekend we had AccuServ install a Navien combi boiler for us to hook up to our rads. Aaron and his team came and did an amazing job; they were efficient, respectful and incredibly knowledgeable. It made such a difference that they were able to do a lot of the work ahead of time at their shop and do the rest of the install on the weekend so I didn’t have to take any time off work. They took the time to explain to me how the unit works and why they use certain materials instead of others. I am confident that I received the best installation there is and will highly recommend AccuServ to anyone who is looking for anything HVAC. They did such a great job that I will be using them again in the Spring to install a ductless split air conditioning unit in our house. Due to the gas pressure coming into our house being too high our gas had to be shut off for safety. When the guy from Enbridge came to fix the regulator he saw the install and said it was the best he had ever seen, including the ones he has seen in the Bridle Path. I am quite certain that we now have the best looking mechanical room in the entire neighbourhood, but see for yourself!
