Got home from work and the air conditioner is much quieter and there was no air coming out the vents. Rahul was there the next day. Turns out the motor was blown. Rahul was very personable and friendly. Gave me the option to either replace furnace and water heater (not ideal, but furnace is a piece of crap) or special order an old motor model which was not unfortunately was not cheap (THANKS KENMORE). Eventually went with the motor.
Once the motor was in, Rahul was out and replaced in less than an hour. Verified that the even older Air Conditioner still works. We'll see if we can get another year out of that.
Communication with the office was a little touch and go. Some days they were very proactive and responsive, other days I had to call to get an update. My only suggestion would be to be a bit better with communication.
All that said, I will be calling them when (and it is when) my air conditioner finally kicks it and would happily recommend them to others.
