I ordered some vacuum bags for my Kirby vacuum and I realized as soon as they came in the mail they were not the right ones, I tried them just in case and of course they did not fit so I called Newby vacuums and left a message for them to call me back, the man who I'm assuming owns the business the preceded to argue with me for almost half an hour and tell me that they will fit, they are the right ones and I'm wrong and he's right.
I explained to the gentleman that no they did not fit, I tried them and I would like a refund because I ordered the proper bags from someone else. He rudely told me he couldn't refund my money till he had the product back, which is obvious everyone should know that, so I told him I would send them back and then would like a refund, he then said he wouldn't refund the entire cost I paid, I then asked him why and he said he couldn't refund my shipping. I told him I knew he couldn't refund the shipping but I would like the money back for the product. He then started arguing with me AGAIN saying that the bags would fit my vacuum, I told him I didn't want to argue anymore I just wanted my money back he finally agreed and we hung up.
10 minutes later he called me back saying he went on the website and the bags will fit my vacuum and AGAIN argued with me for a good 15 minutes, where I finally hung up on him because he would not listen to me at all.
I then sent him pictures of my bags bad his bags, they are clearly different and told him I wanted a call back apologizing because he was wrong. He called me back and said even though they are different they will fit!
I have never felt more insulted into life and I feel as though he is a man who refuses to admit when he is wrong! DO NOTSHOP HERE WHATEVER YOU DO! I WIULDN'T SEND SOMEONE I DISLIKED IN THERE TO RECIEVE THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE!
