I decided to get a home inspection done before putting my house up for sale. I was very happy with the inspector and the service. It was worth doing. Vito was punctual, thorough, and practical in his assessment of a 1960s bungalow and 2002 two-storey house. It was very easy to schedule both inspections, we were pleased with the level of detail of his analysis. Most importantly, we appreciated his level-headed risk assessment. He did not try to make each deficiency seem like a deal-breaker, nor did he sugar coat true functional concerns.
