Vito was very thorough and was happy to answer all my questions (even at night, through email, he was quick to respond). He was good at putting my mind at ease, I had big concerns about mold and asbestos, because the home I was buying was an older 1960's home, he made sure there were no issues with those concerns and with anything else. He would point things out that we didn't think about, so it was good to have a professional eye. I would highly recommend Vito at DSM.

My wife and I were purchasing our first home - a townhouse built in the 1970's. We were nervous being first time buyers as well as buying an old home. DSM Property Services came in and explained how everything was built and why. It was easy to tell that Vito had a construction background as he walked through how everything was put together and ranked the quality in detail. We had a detailed discussion at the end of the Inspection and were left with a very detailed document. Not only did he approve the house, but he left us with instructions and priorities that helped us maintain the house properly and plan for upgrades that spanned over the next 5 years, which put our minds at ease and allowed us to budget appropriately. Vito's attention to detail and his friendly approach in communicating his findings meant a lot to us.

Vito is one of the best home inspectors I have worked with. His knowledge of homes and grounds is very impressive. He knows construction and knows his way around a house.
He is extremely thorough with his home inspections. Vito was able to inspect the attic and roof with ease. I love the fact that he lives in a home with aluminum wiring and has a pool so he could assure me that it is not a problem and gave me helpful tips.

My husband and I were so pleased with the inspection provided by DSM Property Services. Vito showed up on time, and was very thorough, checking out the roof, attic and getting into all the nooks and crannies of the house we were buying. He communicated with us through the whole process, and then gave us a binder with all the information about our house inspection. Vito is very personable and great at explaining everything in layman's terms. As well, he laid out all the information that we needed in order to decide whether to firm up our house offer.
