Vito was very thorough and was happy to answer all my questions (even at night, through email, he was quick to respond). He was good at putting my mind at ease, I had big concerns about mold and asbestos, because the home I was buying was an older 1960's home, he made sure there were no issues with those concerns and with anything else. He would point things out that we didn't think about, so it was good to have a professional eye. I would highly recommend Vito at DSM.
