I recently had the opportunity to use DSM Property Services for a pre-purchase home inspection. I found the Inspector to be quite knowledgeable, professional and prepared for the task at hand. I was able to join the inspector to get direct feedback on his observations. In addition to the advice he offered on existing conditions, he provided valuable input for work I was planning on the new property.

The written report was complete, well detailed and received the same day . It can also serve as a reference guide for some of the more basic maintenance items that could be overlooked by a busy Home Owner.
