Prompt, on-time and very thorough. Vito guided me on his inspection throughout the home showing me every single detail with his recommendation on possible fixes. His experience and knowledge definitely helped me as there were many things I never noticed during showings. His service is top-notch and would recommend it to anyone!

The Inspection process was great, thanks. We recently hired Vito DiSumma from DSM Property Services Inc to perform a home inspection for us. Vito was very helpful and thorough. He gave us excellent advice and provided approximate costings for all the work we needed to have done. He was able to reassure us that that there were no surprises and we went ahead with the purchase.

Vito’s service was professional and thorough. He found several small things that needed correction after we took possession. He also found a few things that were critical and will be attended to by the sellers.The report was thorough and most helpful.

We were thrilled with the home inspection Vito did and he is truly awesome. Total rating should be 100 stars, not only 10 stars.
We did bid on the house but there were 7 bids in total and somebody totally out bid us. So, I hope sooner than later, we will be calling Vito again for another home inspection.
