Phoned West Side Pest Control about a wasp issue and made appointment, the tec was ill so the owner came instead, score points!!!! The wasps were very stubborn so another visit was needed. This company is fantastic, they came back out, no problem and Bye Bye wasps. Will certainly call for future work, hopefully I won't need any.

I called multiple companies for help and all of them could not schedule a visit in a timely manner, basically at least a few days to a week out. When I called Westside they were very accommodating and squeezed me in the very next morning. I'm so glad they did. Chris was professional and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and answered all our questions so we felt informed of the situation and learned a few things about rats as well.

From the foul smell we figured we had a dead rat hidden somewhere in the ceiling that may never have been found but through Chris' wonderous camera work he was able to locate it hidden between a vent and some beams. So grateful he found it and pulled it out.

It was a great experience with Westside and we haven't had any re-occurring problems but its nice to know they have a 12 month guarantee. No problems recommending them but hopefully I won't need to use them again =)

It was fast and efficient! we got tons of ants in our office once and we bought those anti-ants meds from superstore but it doesn't really work. Then we called Westside Pest Control, they send in someone to take a look right the way and set up a session 2 days after. No more ants after 2-3 days of the session and everyone in our office is happy about that!

Dealing with people is probably the biggest problem you face,
especially if you are in business but dealing with Westside Pest Control was truly exceptional service beyond imagination. Thank you for being there when needed.

We received excellent service from Chris at Westside Pest Control. He has been to our home on several occasions recently to deal with a persistent rat problem in the attic. Even though the job can be unpleasant, and even dangerous (we have a very steep roof), every time he has been prompt, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He also thoroughly inspected our roof, took photos to show us the problem spots and patched areas where the rats may have gained entry into the attic. Further, we really appreciate that he was able to accomodate us by arriving at the ungodly hour of 7:00am. Thanks to Chris for doing what our lazy cats refused to do! In short, he is a thorough professional.

Westside was recommended to us by our neighbours, who called them to deal with a family of raccoons under their porch, and an ongoing rodent problem. We had sporadic scratching sounds in the attic and occasional rat sightings in the yard.

Westside were prompt, friendly, professional, and helpful. They answered questions and did an incredibly thorough job of excluding all the possible entry points. A week later I remembered a difficult to access spot under the back of the house that might become another access point, but when I went to look I found that they had already been there and sealed it up.

Their attitude is excellent, they guarantee their work, and they respond quickly to phone calls and requests for help. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great work! I called to get wasps nests removed, Amanda in the office was really professional and efficient, arranged for someone to come out the same day. Ryan came out, removed the nests, sprayed, checked the rest of the house to make sure there were no others, and gave us some good tips on how to keep wasps from setting up home in our house eves in the future!

We just moved into a house that had a rat issue. Chris from Westside identified and blocked potential entry locations and set traps. He also did an outstanding job to clean and sanitize an incredibly difficult location in our crawl space to deal with the source of the problem. The previous owners had a pest control company come in but they never addressed this location.

Ryan and Hung came out, took the dead rat out, and inspected the house from top to bottom, inside and out (including the roof, eaves, chimney flashing, attic, and crawl space). Notably, the crawl space under the house was found sealed, but they dug outside along the foundation wall just to make sure. The beginnings of a hole was found and blocked with copper wool. Several feet of 1/4” steel mesh now runs along the wall under the mulch. Follow-up visit included in the ‘full rat service.’ Professional and conscientious gentlemen.
