Danielle and her team are a pleasure to have in our home. They work quickly and thoroughly, and leave the place smelling amazing and looking great. We feel like we're not just getting our house cleaned, but hotel service as well, because the bed is made, our clothes are tidied, and the towels are so nicely folded. Such a treat. They're also just really nice people who are super considerate. Danielle will send me a text with their ETA, and if I can't be home, she's got the key and alarm code, and I don't have to worry. I highly recommend Esprit!

I called Rob to rid my house of a rat infestation after reading positive reviews about Pest Maven. He lived up to his reputation - he came over immediately and addressed the problem by sealing off all the points of entry, setting up one-way doors and traps. Not only is Rob knowledgeable (he's a biologist turned pest removal guy), he is extremely proud of his work and thorough. Every other pest control company uses chicken wire mesh to block off entry points. Pest Maven uses nice looking flashing, and Rob installs it like a pro. His work got the thumbs up from my engineer boyfriend. Rob was also super impressive for returning repeatedly until he was confident the rats were out. My neighbour also had a rat problem, and he paid twice the amount for inferior work (the company he used didn't even bother placing traps, which is why the rats moved to my house). Rob is honest and decent in a trade where it would be so easy to gouge customers. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to my friends. He's a true find.
