Deck Space

I asked Gilad for estimate for expansion of an old 6 by 12 (10 high) wooden deck to a 12 by 12 composite and glass railing.
The recommendation was to rebuild because of the code requirements and the look of the completed project.
I also asked to handle the building permit with the city.
We got a fare pricing (was compared with others) in timely manner.
The permit issuing took a while due to the city process, Gilad was on top of it all the time, including several calls to the permit office supervisor.
Once project started it was completed in less than a week.
The team worked efficiently and left the premises clean and organized in the end of each working day.
The outcome is amazing, now my neighbor wants the same.
