Gilad built a deck in my backyard. It looked great at first, but then the stairs started to sink into the ground and separate from the deck. This has left me with a dangerous deck. After repeated attempts (phone calls and emails) Gilad finally came back, agreed there is a problem and promised he would fix it. He has since completely ghosted me. If you are interested in a safe deck and customer service stay away.

After a site visit - this year, I said I will try to get to look at the problem - that looked like someone was jumping on the corner of the stairs and caused some damage - we did not have yet had the time to look at the problem, Jerome the twin deck that we build for u looks amazing with no issues We can probably look at this problem in a few months for u - be well
