I found this company online and wasn't sure if I should trust them with my rugs. I had 4 that needed cleaning, 3 in need of repair. One antique rug had no end tassels and the side weaving was bad. The other had a ripped corner, the last need half a fringe on one end. They came and consulted and provided a quote. I will say it wasn't inexpensive but a lot of work was needed. When I received them back (on time!) I was stunned! The repairs were immaculate and rugs cleaned looking like new. Well worth the money honestly just have them do the work you won't be sorry. I've known Sham for several years now. I've bought gorgeous rugs from him, and had him clean and repair them. Sham is an expert and he takes so much pride in his work. His prices are extremely reasonable and his service impeccable.

Great to know if a rug is the wrong size, you could have it custom sized here.

Needed a couple of our handwoven rugs cleaned but didn't trust a lot of places I called. I called this place, asked a lot of questions and these guys ticked all the boxes. They were professional every step of the way, offered timely service and pricing couldn't be beat (check website). I even had them do some basic repair work which came out great. Very happy with service and thrilled with the rugs. I admit that I was pretty sure rug cleaning was glorified vacuuming but when I got them back, they looked amazing, almost like the day we bought them. Very happy, will use again.
