From the moment they answered the phone until the moment they left after coming back to help me figure out something which turned out to be my error, everyone I dealt with at Kraun was professional, friendly, efficient and effective. They took the time to explain what was going on in my new (to me) home (DIY electric work from previous residents) and to go over my options, explaining the costs associated with the various approaches and the pros & cons therein.
