Jayson is professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. His treatments are effective and worth the investment. He arrives prepared and is assertive when appropriate with tenants that need direction for service. He educates building staff and tenants regarding pest issues. The follow up is excellent and allows for issues to become resolved.

We contacted the company in the morning and received a response within 2 hours. Our issues were with rats, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others for this or other pest issues. They are honest, and most importantly we trusted the advice they provided about our rat issues. We hope not to need them in the future, but for any pest control issues, we'd call them first.

We were able to solve our rodent issue, and also bought a quarterly contract that covers any requirements for a re visit or other pest control. Service was prompt, professional, thorough, and they were able to explain the principles behind actions taken.

I had Keith, Lisa & Daryl come over to my place for treatment. They were very professional, very knowledgeable and were able to put me at ease. they were able to answer all my questions and i learnt a lot from them. I am actually looking forward to their second (& hopefully) final treatment. would i use them again? In a heartbeat (but seriously, i hope the bugs never come back).

I really liked Danny. He felt realiable and was really careful and thoughtful with us. We still have some cockroaches visit us now and again. I tried calling to ask about it, and was told it's normal and that they'd follow-up in time to see if the problem was gone. That never happened. I'd just like to know what I can do about it and why they come, but I never got the info.
