Complete fail. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for, I don't know, getting what they paid for?!
We purchased a Groupon for this company and it was an mistake of epic proportions. We booked our appointment with them back in early September and they scheduled to come out to our house at the end of December. Not great, at all, but we were still willing to wait. What a mistake! They cancelled our appointment the day of, 4 hours AFTER they were supposed to be here, because they were de-icing the truck after the Toronto ice storm. Fine, BUT, you'd think they could have started contacting their customers a little earlier KNOWING they weren't going to be able to make it!!! Such disrespect for another person's time!
They somehow pride themselves on their "friendly" customer service; blasphemy. When you FINALLY manage to get a hold of them (since they never, ever answer the phone or bother to return your calls), you get a young lady who does not seem to have a single shred of concern for the company's customers. She said they would be rescheduling all the cancelled appointments and that she would call me back with our new time slot, that was 11 days ago. Yes, I have called them since. Have a heard back from anyone, NO!!! Yes, I have requested a refund from Groupon.
In a nutshell, this is a VERY VERY poorly run company that got in over its head when it planned to release a Groupon deal. No, I cannot comment on the actual service BECAUSE I NEVER GOT IT!!!!!!!
To the owner (because we know you read these, we've caught you defending yourself on some of these posts): CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A PART OF THE OVERALL SERVICE! So don't tell me I can't comment since I did not actually get the service, because that's all on you.

We understand your concerns with being given a fairly late appointment time, however you were not purposely given a time in December as that was the only available time due to our busy schedule. The weather conditions on the day of your appointment was regrettably unfavorable, and unexpected as a whole particularly since the weather conditions prior to that day were good. We did not want to cancel your appointment for that day considering our friendly customer service and the amount of time you were waiting, however do not forget it was holidays (we were still accommodating customers), severely bad weather; ice storm, black out, freezing rain, dangerous road conditions. However, we are sorry you feel this way, but it was the holidays, and we were also working on getting back to all the other patient customers placing time based priority. More importantly, your unfortunately cancelled appointment was not in our control as it was entirely due to the weather, and clearly the weather is not controlled by the company. Lastly, writing a review without trying our service is not entirely acceptable as it cannot be accepted as a review for the company.
