Very good quality windows. Steve and his team did a very professional job in a timely manner and cleaned up quickly. I love my living room window. I would highly recommend them to anyone and if I need any more windows I would not hesitate to call them.

There really isn't anything these guys can't do and I have already been recommending them to family and friends. Their quality of work and quality of their products are second to none. Whereas a lot of other window companies will shy away from installing a skylight, these guys did not have a concern about doing the work and did a masterful installation job. On a personal level, we had an instant connection with the two Steve's, Stan and the boys and will be bringing them back for some more work in the future! You can tell that they are all genuine and take pride in being the best and providing the best service for their customers. We were very pleased with all aspects of the job, from our first meeting with Steve through to the completion of the job. We had three single hung windows in a bay in the living room, plus a sliding door installed in the kitchen. All done with a great deal of efficiency and pleasantness. We plan to go to Fortress again for new windows and doors for the rest of the house. Price was mid-range, service top notch. I just want to add a shout-out and thank you to Steve McCue too!

Stan showed up right on time and started removing windows. Steve showed up shortly thereafter with my new windows. I measured them and they were perfect. Nice guys. Very professional and the windows look and work great!
